Installing an outdoor kitchen may be just the thing for you if you have frequent cookouts and everyone is intrigued with your barbecue skills. Maybe you grill in large amounts and need more of an easier way to do this. An outdoor kitchen also could be just for you if you have an unused patio or deck. If you’re wanting to move past the burgers and dogs and experiment with some savvy dishes an outdoor kitchen may be perfect for you.. Also if you’re tired of the outrageous electric bills due to your heating up the kitchen and your air conditioner working overtime. If any of these suggestions resonate with you, it’s probably time to do some outdoor kitchen shopping. Get more information at submit free articles
An outdoor kitchen can be as small or elaborate as you want with the grill being the centerpiece. The most common grills come with wheels that you can take with you when you move and come in a wide variety of sizes, features and price. These are also fun to take to the beach as well. If you are planning to incorporate the kitchen as a permanent part of your home, select a built in grill that will drop into a space on a cabinet with countertops that is built on site. This is much like your kitchen inside. Some of the accessories you will need are: baskets for grilling fish, vegetables or hush puppies, a griddle, tongs and a reliable meat thermometer. Side burners are included in most grills today but a camping stove can get the job done. Make sure your work space is sanitized for food preparation. There are a variety of lights for your outdoor kitchen but direct light is best for the work area.

Cayman Islands – Some Travel Tips
Posted by admin on Oct 3, 2010
Insect repellent
You would perhaps wonder why this goes first in our list. Mosquitoes are not much of a problem really in the Cayman Islands, spending only around fifteen minutes during sunset.
The bother becomes a nuisance if there is a significant rainfall in the islands. Bring an insect repellent just to make sure you won’t get bothered by mosquitoes.
Appropriate clothes
Swimsuits, flipflops and sundresses are good only at the beach. You can get inside banks, restaurants, and shops only if you are wearing shoes and decent clothes.
In formal places, wear something right for the occasion.
Haggling
You probably won’t get any discount whatsoever if you are going to do some haggling in the islands. The reason is that their products are already free from sales tax.
Great Outdoors: Lake Erie a treasure trove for bass
Posted by admin on Sep 29, 2010
There’s little question Lake Erie is the Walleye Capital of the World. I would bet if anybody did some careful checking, it might rank high in the U.S. for perch, smallmouth bass, channel cats, white bass and other hard fighting fish.
Largemouth bass belong in farm ponds and lakes from Charles Mill Lake to Pymatuning, not Lake Erie. This is why so many anglers have been surprised to pick up occasional largemouths while seeking other species. The big lake’s largemouth bass population was a well-kept secret for many years, but word gradually leaked out and as more and more inlanders launched bass boats and started worming and crankbaiting rugged shoreline, its fame began to grow.
Today, bass clubs from all over Ohio hold tournaments on Lake Erie, and their catches are sometimes phenomenal.
